Q: Do I need specific KDM content to benefit from this card pack?

A: No, you don't. Each bag will contain all the necessary pieces for adding their thematic small promo event to your campaign.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time after fulfillment, based on our experience since 2017:

  • Scandinavia: 1 week
  • Europe: 1-2 weeks
  • Rest of World: 4-6 weeks
    (Depends on several factors, such as proximity to metropolitan areas)

Shipping from Finland

Shipping policy

Unless otherwise noted, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is fulfilled and on it's way to postal office.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to outside of Finland. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Board Game Hell is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

All orders are mailed to you by 1st Class Priority Mail or Standard Economy Class Mail. These shipping methods DO NOT include tracking.

If you want to include the tracking service on your order, please contact us. You are responsible for any extra costs this will add on your order.

If you haven’t received your order within 60 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@boardgamehell.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

BGH Promo Pack

This card set was originally released as one of the two Black Scrap Bags™ on Black Friday 2023.

But now, as this armor set has been featured in both, Hobo's Nightmare Trophy Book™ and the upcoming Settlement Book II™, I decided that this one should be re-released as an updated 2025 version.

While the pack now offers a small update*, it has also removed all the extras that came with it initially. It now comprises four cards of different sizes and an introduction on how to incorporate them into your game.

 

* The Armor Set benefits now slightly for certain Nightmare Trophies the settlement has achieved. (Hobo's Nightmare Trophy Book™ needed.)

 

Death Kimono & Merchant of Death

This is our own custom-designed, grim and thematic BGH mini promo for Kingdom Death: Monster. 

While this Milestone Settlement Event comes in the campaign its own way, it adds a new, interesting layer of decision-making and may alter the settlement's future early on.
